Dinner was baked tofu with peach chutney and peach pie. MMmmm… Next week we’ll be riding there more prepared — the green machine didn’t have the storage capacity I would have liked for today’s goods.

Among others, included in this hamburger is Lamb, Pork, and Bison. Also making an appearance: blue cheese, garlic scapes, garlic cloves, homemade bread crumbs, and other goodness. These were the best burgers I have ever eaten.

disclaimer: my relatives make some pretty damn good German hamburgers, and I might have had better when I was 7. I’m not 7 anymore, and I don’t recall ever tasting anything like this before.
